OvenBoard is operated by Nupik Wenpach LLC. This page shows exactly what we send by text, exactly how somebody agrees to receive it, and exactly how they stop. It is here so that anyone can read our opt-in without having an account with us.

This form is the opt-in, and it works: enter a mobile number, tick the box, and OvenBoard texts a confirmation straight away. It is open to anyone, with no account and no sign-in.
How somebody opts in at a shop
Every shop on OvenBoard has its own order form. A buyer enters their mobile number to order, and beneath the order details is the checkbox below. It is never ticked for them, and an order goes through whether or not they tick it.
Ticking it sends one confirmation straight away, so that what was agreed to, how often, and how to stop are in the reader's own message history and not only on this page:
Sent once, when the box is ticked

Ticking it records the moment consent was given against that customer, alongside how it was given. A record that carries no such moment is never texted marketing, whatever else it says, so a customer list a shop imported from somewhere else cannot be texted on the strength of having been imported.
Consent is per shop. Agreeing to hear from one shop on OvenBoard is not agreeing to hear from another.
What we send
Four messages in total, and they are not the same agreement. Every one is shown on this page in full, as sent, with the parts that vary marked in square brackets. The confirmation above is the first; the other three follow.
Drop alerts. Marketing. Sent only to buyers who ticked the box above, at most 3 times in any seven days, and only between 9am and 8pm in the shop's own timezone.

Sign-in codes. A one-time code, sent because somebody has just asked to sign in or to open a shop. One message per request, no marketing in it, and no separate opt-in: asking for the code is the request for the message.

How somebody stops
Reply with any of these to stop: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE. Reply START or YES or UNSTOP to start again, and HELP or INFO for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and text message consent go to our messaging provider for the sole purpose of delivering the messages that were asked for, and nowhere else. Our privacy policy and terms say the same at greater length.
